In the spirit of Thanksgiving, let us appreciate our homes and food. The Mission and Outreach committee is issuing a THANKFULNESS CHALLENGE. Our grant partner RCND (The Religious Coalition for a Nonviolent Durham) works with Durham residents returning from prison. Our goal is to create Welcome Home Boxes for 7 of our neighbors as they seek housing and work. We will decorate and assemble the boxes during the Fellowship event after worship December 8. Items may be dropped in the back pew on Sundays December 1 or 8, or you can arrange to deliver to Jane Fellows.
