About Dr. Courtney: He's a geriatrician and palliative care physician who has spent over 40 years caring for elderly patients and mentoring future physicians (and over 30 years being a very cool dad). He pioneered GeroTrauma consulting services, helped expand hospice care beyond cancer patients, and founded the Palliative Medicine fellowship program at Grand Strand Medical Center.

What to expect: In "The Last Thing on My Bucket List," Dr. Courtney explores how we can approach death with knowledge and intention. Since we all face this universal experience, why not be prepared? He'll guide us through the options and decisions we can make now to ensure greater comfort and dignity at the end of life.
