IN SERVICE TO OUR CHURCH:  At special times during the year we take part in Duke Chapel Worship Services by baking bread for Communion, taking part in processionals, participating in the Christmas Eve Service for Children, and providing special music and readings.

IN SERVICE TO OUR WORLD:  We help our world by participating in local projects such as Crop Walk, and collecting money for Heifer International to purchase livestock for the benefit of families around the world.

CHRISTIAN EDUCATION:  Wee Praise (for infants and children through age 3, along with a parent) - Using Musikgarten's "God's Children Sing" curriculum, participants sing, move, listen, and play simple instruments together.  Godly Play (for children ages 4 through fifth grade) - a creative and imaginative approach to Christian nurture. Participants are invited INTO stories to learn the Christian language, become more fully aware of the mystery of God's presence, and make meaning in their lives.
